Since 1994, FullForce by ABC Polymer Industries, LLC has been tried and historically proven in over 200+ million cubic yards of fiber-treated concrete. Previously known as FiberForce, the brand evolved to FullForce in 2022 to better communicate our full line of solutions and better positions us for growth for many years to come. FullForce is a growing company that values and understands the concepts of environmental responsibility and engineered sustainable solutions for construction design and business. We also value full transparency regarding the environmental impacts of construction materials and use that information to make project design choices that reduce the carbon footprint of a construction project.
Our synthetic fiber products are manufactured in the USA in accordance with ASTM D7508 (synthetic) and their performance in concrete has been evaluated using over 25 standard consensus tests. Many of our fibers are UL and ICC-ES listed and approved by national and international code bodies and government agencies. The FiberForce product line comes in a simple stamped color-coded bag system with product names and bag weight that makes it easy to specify for the engineer and convenient for the concrete producer.
Our DuraForce product line offers a variety of integral and topical solutions. With easy addition options, we provide an integral hardener, waterproofing agent, and moisture vapor reduction admixture, along with a topical densifier. Our DuraForce products are all manufactured in the USA, VOC compliant, and have full product transparency through an independently published Health Product Declaration (HPD).
FullForce offers in-house engineering services and technical field support. Our in-house registered professional engineers help with project consultation, engineering calculations for converting conventional reinforcement to fiber reinforcement, value engineering, alternate design development, certificates of compliance, specification review, concrete mixture review, and communication with project engineers.
FullForce also offers field support with our global technical sales team that has a primary focus on managing your fiber reinforced project from conception of design to placement of concrete. We do this with a first-in-class team of TSMs (Technical Sales Managers) that leads the market in technical support experience with an average tenure of 15 years, enabling FullForce to deliver engineered solutions from pellet to placement.
