Scope of Work

The bridge deck placement was executed without issue, consisting of 170 yd3 of concrete dosed at 4 lbs/yd3 of FiberForce 600. Placement proceeded at a consistent rate of 80 yds/hour. Fiber performance exceeded expectations—per QC Knife River, there were no occurrences of fiber balling or pump blockages throughout the duration of the pour, indicating excellent dispersion and pumpability.
