This project was originally spec’d with rebar reinforcement of #5’s double mat on container slabs and heavy load high traffic paving. Choosing to use FiberForce T1-60, Type I steel fiber, contributed cost savings on labor and material as well as reduced project time. It prevented liquidated damages from labor shortages on the rod-busting crews.
