The 435,000 ft2, single story warehouse consisted of a 4,000 psi 6 in slab on grade that was originally designed with welded wire reinforcement. FiberForce and BT Redi-mix presented to the owner the cost and time savings of using FiberForce 750, synthetic macrofiber, at 3 lb/yd3 in lieu of the welded wire reinforcement and it was approved.
