Project Spotlight

Talus Point Rehabilitation

Scope of Work

In preparation for the construction of a new subdivision, Talus Point, the city undertook a comprehensive concrete replacement project. The improvements included new park spaces, bike paths, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, driveway approaches, ADA-compliant ramps, and crosswalks. The concrete was reinforced using 1 lbs/yd3 of FiberForce 150 and 1.5 lbs/yd3 of FiberForce 300. Additionally, the park areas were enhanced with concrete benches and concrete cornhole game sets, creating a more functional and inviting community space.
