Project Spotlight

West Texas Logistics – Phase I

Scope of Work

The West Texas Logistics development is a two phase industrial project consisting of four total warehouse facilities. Phase I includes two warehouses totaling approximately 750,000 square feet of warehouse slab area.

VEMAC Construction served as the concrete contractor with Jobe Materials supplying the ready-mix concrete. DuraForce(t) was applied as a topical densifier and curing compound across the warehouse slabs to enhance durability and provide a darker, polished floor appearance that reflects light effectively throughout the facility.

Because DuraForce(t) works well with bond breakers, it is an ideal solution for tilt-up construction projects. Its single application process helped the project team improve efficiency while saving both time and cost compared to traditional systems.
