Synthetic Macrofibers

We manufacture the largest selection of synthetic macrofibers fibers in the industry. Synthetic macrofibers are the second generation of synthetic fibers and provide new application opportunities for synthetic fibers. FiberForce 600 and FiberForce 950 are both blends of macro/micro synthetic fibers. FiberForce 650 is an embossed tape fiber with an excellent track record in all cast-in-place applications. It is also approved by state transportation departments for use in highway-related applications. FiberForce 750 can be found in multiple applications from commercial to industrial/warehouse slabs-on-ground and has been approved by state transportation departments for use in highway-related applications. FiberForce 1000 HP is a synthetic macrofiber that utilizes a unique profile to maximize mechanical bonding, which is coupled with excellent physical properties. This product provides unlimited potentials in cast-in-place, shotcrete, and precast applications. FiberForce 650 and FiberForce 750 are approved for use as an alternative or in addition to the welded wire fabric used in  Floor-Ceiling Design Nos. D700, D800, and D900.
